Affordable Looks for the Everyday Fashionista

No doubt the holidays are here and I couldn't be happier. I love all the joy it has to bring and the endless gatherings. This weekend I am especially excited for having an all girls weekend starting off with an ugly sweater party and ending it on a high note with a fashionable night out. This is exactly what I will be wearing featuring royal blue which was a hit color this past year and will continue into your Spring/Summer 2014. Try this or something similar at your next holiday outing. What do you think?

It might be cold outside, but don't let it wear your style down. Spring and Summer are not too far away with this combination as blue and green details meet for a head turning ensemble packed with plenty of jewels from the neckline to the dazzling crystal earrings. Pair with a nude stocking for your next night out and stand out from the crowd!

If you haven't noticed, a huge trend this Winter season is animal prints. Shoes, bags, clothes, jewels,  you name it. A lot of people are scared to try this trend because they are afraid it will be too much or over the top with prints everywhere. The key is to spread your prints and help tie in the look with either jewel hints or other accessories like a belt. This week's feature combines a lot of trends and essential pieces you might want in your wardrobe. Winter white cropped pants are combined with Leopard top and flats with a red twist to make you stand out from the crowd. How do you like this look? Would you wear it at your next holiday outing?

You can also wear it with any color skinny pant/jean of your choice. As always, your jewels is the icing to any outfit or else it is not complete. It is week 2 of the holiday fashion edition and this week's feature is as trendy as it can be. To add glam to your holiday outfit does not have to mean lots of shimmery tops and rhinestones. Leave it up to your jewels to add that glamorous touch to any combination you choose. This week's blazer/top is from Eshakti, an online clothing boutique. This jacket has endless style appeal because of its ruffles, asymmetry and impeccable lines. Combined with this leather legging and pointy pumps, you can not go wrong. You can wear this to a house party, a holiday outing, appropriate enough for holiday office fun or just another fashionable night out. Don't forget your jewels which make this outfit pop. A bold Swarovski crystal earring from my collection combined with this statement bracelet will have everyone staring.

New Creation Wednesdays

With our eyes set on the holidays to come, what to wear is a huge to do. This week's creation is a simple yet a staple piece that could be your best friend for the next 2 months. A clear Swarovski crystal set in a bold silver setting and and a unique earring post, can give you all the attention you want without having to say a word. I took this earring for a test drive and the compliments did not stop. You can pair it with any dress or blouse of your choice. It is a light piece with an extra large statement. How will you pair this?

With the gorgeous Fall weather almost gone and the Winter's cold front approaching, I would love to keep wearing shorts and skirts out but sometimes it is just too cold! This week's affordable look features a ponte pant from the one and only Jennifer Lopez. Her line at Kohl's is absolutely gorgeous and quite affordable. Yes, they are black pants but the pleats do all the talking especially when combined with this colorful blazer. Don't forget your jewels to tie it all in and a sexy plain pump or a bootie to complete your look. Would do you think?

This week's feature is full of layers so you can wear it from day to night! Combining this amazing Fall weather on the East Coast and this powdery pink skirt makes me feel like Summer never left. You can pair it with a simple plain blouse (black, white, ivory, navy) for an instant chic look or you can try adding layers. Love how the flat really is the highlight of it all with a nude color and an ankle strap that can be combined with endless possibilities. What do you think?
