Affordable Looks for The Everyday Fashionista

This week's feature is full of layers so you can wear it from day to night! Combining this amazing Fall weather on the East Coast and this powdery pink skirt makes me feel like Summer never left. You can pair it with a simple plain blouse (black, white, ivory, navy) for an instant chic look or you can try adding layers. Love how the flat really is the highlight of it all with a nude color and an ankle strap that can be combined with endless possibilities. What do you think?

Although I love chunky pieces whether it maybe an earring or necklace, I do feel that delicates can give off a loud statement as well. For example, this week's creation is made of 100% Swarovski crystals in Pantone's color of the year, emerald. This color is so timeless and can be combined with plenty of options. The Czech glass bead gold touches give it an elegance and unique finish that you can only find at House of Zada. How will you wear your emerald?

As I stepped out to the mall today, everywhere I turned there was a maxi skirt. Every color, every material and all pleats. Pleats add such a sass to any skirt and all you need is a plain top and plenty of jewels to complete your look. In today's look, I decided to mix patterns and paired the maxi with a striped black and white blouse and a red gemstone necklace. Oh and don't forget about the pointy pump! What do you think?

As I looked at my pieces, I realized I don't really have a go to black necklace. Although I love to add a pop of color to all my outfits whether at work or for a fashionable night out, having a black go to piece is an absolute necessity. Check out this week's creation as I combined a large Celestial crystal ring with plenty of chain and a touch of crystal for the ultimate pop.

Another Thursday is upon us and you know what that means, a new effortless ensemble to try at an affordable price. A huge trend this Fall/Winter are floral printed slacks. Combine any floral combo with a plain blouse or top for an effortless and classy look. Make sure to play up your jewels like this 3 layer chunky gold chain.

As NYFW comes to an end so does my LookBook marathon. Be sure to check back every Thursday as I post a new outfit combination featuring one of my pieces. Love to end this run with two of the hottest trends for this Fall/Winter 2013, military and denim. Both trends are huge and are anywhere from accessories to shoes, clothes and even purses. Check out this denim coat, that can also be worn as a super cute dress, which features large buttons and structured collar imitating the military trend without being so serious. Pair with some chunky heels to dress up and one of my gemstone earrings for an elegant touch.

This weekend, I got to execute a color combination that I have been wanting to do for a long time but never found the perfect components. I finally found the perfect sized quartz nuggets and turquoise beads. I love the way it turned out and wore it that day to my first broadway show! This piece can pass for a modern piece because of its vibrant color combination or vintage piece because of its 2 link dark silver endbars. The quartz depending can give off a light-med brownish color or grey depending on what you wear. Simply, an ultra versatile piece.

Love black and white? So do I! This timeless color trend is bigger than ever this Fall/Winter 2013 season along with the floral prints. Try something like these super cute Forever 21 pants with a white essential plain blouse topped off with this colorblocked handmade gemstone Jozey necklace. Don't forget your ankle strap flats or pumps!

I am really excited for today's look as day 5 of NYFW is here. I am a sucker for dresses but this is a very unique cut that can be very flattering whether you are short or tall. Pair this grey dress with these heels and a two tone necklace for an effortless look. You can even add a blazer or a sweater to top it off for those chilly nights.
